DPI recognizes that a change in the format of forms without a change to the format of rubrics has unintentionally resulted in ambiguous or absent labeling of components in the artifact upload. This issue makes it difficult for practitioners and evaluators to properly align artifact evidence or evidence statements with rubric components in the new Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Library Media Specialist (LMS), and Coach Evaluations. DPI evaluation developers and their stakeholders are working to determine and roll out a fix for the 2021-22 school year.
In the meantime, the artifact files can still be utilized in a meaningful way by referring to a PDF version of the respective rubric located in each evaluations’ user guide. Evaluators may want to download or print the respective rubrics for ease of reference.
