Correcting form settings on AP Self-Review & End-of-Cycle Summary

An error has been found in the in the updated 2017-18 AP Self-Review and End-of-Cycle Summary forms. The checkbox sections of component descriptors for the optional components are set as required for the AP to complete before submission. Therefore, APs for whom the specific component is not included in the effectiveness cycle processes are still required to mark something even though they have selected “N/A” for that component.

The person(s) in the district or charter with Super Admin rights in the platform can complete this relatively easy fix in about 15 minutes and a few clicks. Review the AP form correction link for further instructions.
