Configuration rights are in addition to Admin Rights and provide users with the rights to to Add/Edit users and/or access configuration tools.
(Legacy) Click District Admin - Click Config Summary on left navigation bar - Click Config Rights on new page left navigation bar
(Insights) Click on Configuration Tools - then go to Site Configuration - then click on Rights (District Admin)
Assign the designated right(s). NOTE: Configuration and Add-Edit User Info are the only active options for the Evaluation platform.
